This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and work in a fast paced and supportive sales team environment.

The role mainly consists of phone-based sales and administrative roles that requires high level of customer service and satisfaction experience. You will be committed to exceed customer expectation through your enthusiasm and high attention to detail.

The role:

  • Taking inbound calls from customers regarding general enquiries about our finance products
  • Deliver timely and accurate information to customers regarding the status of their enquiry

This opportunity will enable you to utilise your strong mortgage processing abilities whilst working in a busy and friendly environment.

In this role you will be responsible for fielding finance enquiries, preparing, assessing and submitting loan applications, processing settlements, contacting finance providers on behalf of clients and providing first class service to keep clients informed.

The Australian Lending Centre is looking for a dynamic and innovative marketing coordinator to join its team.

This position requires a motivated person who can provide recommendations to improve business results. You will report directly to the Managing Director – to whom you will propose strategies for the companies marketing, advertising and PR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain websites
  • Creative development of promotional material
  • Plan and drive new marketing initiatives
  • Ensure all marketing and communications objectives are being met
  • Assist with advertising campaigns
  • Advertising and web reports
  • Develop new and inventive ways to reach the target market
  • Assist the sales team in achieving sales objectives through marketing strategies

To Be Successful in This Role it’s Preferable to Have:

  • Tertiary marketing qualifications & an excellent knowledge of marketing principles
  • A minimum of 2 years marketing experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Ability to use Adobe CS4 is preferable – particularly Dreamweaver, InDesign, Photoshop and Flash (but not essential).
