Step 2: Complete an application to refinance your mortgage

 

Once you’ve selected the refinancing option that best suits your circumstances, our refinance consultants will guide you through the application process and will arrange approval on your refinance. At this stage we’ll issue you with a ‘letter of offer’ for your refinancing option. As soon as you accept the offer, you’ll be on your way to a new and improved home loan.

 

Step 3: Approval of your refinance

 

Once your refinance application is approved, we’ll keep you informed of the progress of your refinance at each stage, right up to settlement.

 

Step 4: Your refinance is now complete!

 

The refinance of your loan(s) is completed at this stage. If you have chosen to access some of your home equity, you can now draw the funds. If you are not quite ready to access your funds, they can remain in an off-set account which can save you money on interest repayments until you are ready to access your home equity.
